We are a local amateur pantomime group, based on Newport, Shropshire. We cover drama in areas such as Stafford, Haughton, Gnosall, Shifnal, Newport, Muxton, Donnington, Trench, Edgmond and Lilleshall plus many other areas. If you have a passion for pantomime then we want to hear from you!

We currently rehearse and perform at the Gnosall Memorial Hall which is 5 minutes outside of Newport.

The group only started in 2022, but we are no stranger to pantomime, after been formed with a pantomime group for over 30 years we decided it was time to change how things worked and decided to do things a different way. Once we formed the original cast from previous groups all decided to change and the NOVA Pantomime Group was born!

Pantomime should be fun, and that is what our number one priority is, to keep things fun for everyone involved!

We specialise in giving members of the community a chance to perform on stage, every year we do a brand new pantomime. We try to use scripts written local and source as many things as possible from our local community. We are advocates for keeping things local and we love to use local businesses and suppliers where possible.

You don’t need any experience to join our group, all we ask is that you are committed and want to learn. We don’t charge members to join the group its all totally free!

We have a great cast, production team, lots of special effects, plenty of surprises in store and guarantee you a full show of laughter, fun and chaos!
